**About the role**

You will also manage relationships with hiring managers and recruitment stakeholders using data to support the relationship, demonstrating issues and assist in providing solutions. Continuous appraisal and recommendation of recruitment channels to attract talent, supporting our employer brand and managing supplier relationships (such as agencies) form a key part of this role.

We offer a hybrid-working pattern with expectations to be in the office 2 days a week.

**About you**

Experience in a similar role such as In-house recruiter, TA Partner ideally with experience recruiting in the engineering space.

Experience working within talent acquisition function (Agency and/or RPO also considered)

A passion for finding passive talent in the market place

Experience working operationally with, and managing, stakeholders at all levels

Experience with TA technology stacks to include Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Greenhouse, Workday, etc), Referral platforms, CRM (e.g. Beamery), Interview Scheduling platforms etc.
