We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated Product Owner/Product Manager to drive a squad that is delivering on our core modules of our Blua digital health portfolio. This person will play a critical role in enhancing our Blua platform to provide top-notch digital health experiences to our customers.
**How you’ll help us make health happen**:
- Create a world class product vision that improves our customers’ healthcare outcomes.
- Lead a multi-disciplined agile squad to deliver technical solutions and excellent digital customer journeys.
- Work with your business and technical lead to build and shape the digital roadmap and backlog, delivering value to the business and our customers.
- Fastidiously understand the customer journey to uncover, test, prioritise and deliver customer centric solutions that delight our customers.
- Effectively communicate vision and key milestones to business and senior stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with other Product owners to manage dependencies across squads.
- Leverage customer behaviour insights, analytics, market trends and competitor data to drive customer centric solutions.
**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role**:
- Previous product management experience in health tech or related industry
- Expertise in working in agile methodologies within complex environments.
- Proven stakeholder management experience at a senior level.
- Deep understanding of measuring and optimising customer journeys through data insights.
- Strong motivator that’s able to get the best out of their squad.
- Strong communicator who is able to articulate and drive the product vision.
