The Salesforce Product Owner will be the business Product Owner for the UK Insurance and UK Health Services Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM system (..the ‘Platform’),
- Inform and advise on the creation of a BGUK Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE), and represent the needs and priorities of the Platform at the CoE once collaborative processes become established
- Define, drive and deliver the in-life strategic vision to support the growth and profitability ambitions within UKI and Health Services B2B directorate
- Set the in-life strategic direction on platform and implementation development, working with key stakeholders to ensure the Salesforce system continues to meet the needs of the business and delivers great outcomes
- Support the development of in-life strategic priorities across UKI BSP and Health Services and lead the implementation of all strategic and tactical actions including benefits tracking
- Establish the governance framework, processes and disciplines to measure, manage and continually improve User adoption and operational performance across the platform for each business unit and product line
- Negotiate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, translating targeted business outcomes into clear, prioritised requirements against which the Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM can be further developed to maximise the likelihood of realising business case benefits
- Ensure activities are of sufficient quality, aligned to customer need, meet regulatory standards and fall within risk appetite. This role will lead, develop and coach a team of Salesforce System Administrators and Salesforce System Consultants. They will drive a strong performance culture, focusing on ethical behaviour, clear accountability, good conduct and treating customers fairly in order to contribute to the delivery of UK Insurance and UK Health Services annual P&L targets.
