**Job Title: Breast Care Specialist (Midlands)**

**Contract**:Permanent

**Hours**:Part-time, 21 hours per week, flexible

**Reporting to**: Breast Care Specialist Lead

**Salary**: £14 - £16 per hour

**Job Purpose**:
To introduce and promote Nicola Jane products and services to Health Care Professionals involved in all areas of Breast Cancer care, building sustainable long-term relationships. To develop a schedule of regular regional fitting clinics to offer new and existing customers the opportunity to attend an appointment. To carry out regular fitting clinics and offer help and advice to our customers, all of this in a caring and sensitive manner.

This role is a diverse and exciting opportunity that requires a passion to promote the Nicola Jane brand and what we stand for, as well as grow new customer acquisition and sales in your region. You will be responsible for driving traffic to your clinics and increasing referrals from your targeted hospitals, with the support of the Nicola Jane marketing team based at HO.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Network and build strong working relationships with Health Care Professionals involved with Breast Cancer care in line with strategy
- Visit, introduce and promote Nicola Jane as the first and best option for all breast care needs
- To source and organise a regular schedule of fitting clinics located throughout a region to meet new and existing customer expectations and ensure long term loyalty
- Attend a schedule of clinics offering professional post-surgery fitting appointments
- Conduct post-surgery bra and breast form fittings in person and virtual, offering a personal service and ensuring the highest standards of customer care are met. Process any orders.
- Key customer contact before and after fitting appointments
- Attend Support Group Meetings / Breast Care Events as required
- Report and review on clinic performance monthly
- Report on KPI’s for role monthly

**Skills and Experience**

**Essential**:

- Enthusiastic and dynamic nature, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Determined, self-motivated and able to act confidently on own initiative
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
- Experience in a customer-facing sales/promotional role
- Experience of supervising a team
- Excellent level of IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Mobile within specific region
- Flexibility to complete additional tasks at the same level of responsibility

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of the treatment, surgery and services available to breast cancer patients
- Knowledge of post-surgery lingerie
- Previous role within Breast Cancer care

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
