**HR Administrator - up to 12month FTC, Nottingham NG1**
We have a current opportunity available for a HR Administrator on a 12month FTC (maternity cover).
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the largest domestic abuse organisations and one of the largest in the UK.
- Full time, office based role in Nottingham - NG1
- Salary up to 20,000
- 30 hours per week
- DBS will be required
To provide day to day HR administration support to the organisation, you will be responsible for managing the administration of the full employee life cycle, providing support to the rest of the HR Team and wider Business Support Service as appropriate.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the management of the vacancy inbox, supporting with Recruitment from Interview to Offer
- Induct new staff into HR processes and systems e.g. time sheets, annual leave.
- Issue contracts of employment, including variations and job descriptions
- Issue new starter paperwork and set up IT Network systems access
- Respond to external and internal enquiries from employees and management in a timely and professional manner
- Process the monthly payroll from start to end, with support from HR Officer
- Prepare monthly sickness absence reports and inform employee of any changes to sick pay entitlement
**Skills and Experience HR Administrator**
- Experience in the use of Microsoft packages e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
- Experience using HR Information system and ability to support employees use
- Working knowledge and understanding of payroll processes with the ability to prepare and resolve payroll queries
- Experience of carrying out HR administration including processing sickness and leave records.
- Ability to carry out recruitment and induction administration
- CIPD qualified (Level 3) or willing to to study towards
