The Supply Room is currently seeking a **Teaching Assistant** to join a **specialist school** located in **Wareham**, **Dorset**.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work with **students aged 16-25 years with a diagnosis of Autism**, supporting them in their educational journey.

In this role, you will work on a 1-1 basis or within small groups, providing students with the support they need to develop essential life skills and reach their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include classroom support, ensuring punctuality and reliability, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Full-time availability, a passion for working with people, and a commitment to making a difference are key qualities we are looking for.

This position is offered on a permanent basis with a 12-week temporary-to-permanent contract from day one.

The pay rate ranges from £80 - £85 per day, reflecting the importance of the role and the skills and dedication required. The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 4.00pm.
