- London based** **The role**:
We are currently working an exciting, cool, creative global brand who believe in being inspirational, innovative and connecting with people They work with many well-known brands putting the consumer at the heart of everything with a passionate and innovativeapproach.

They are currently looking for creative mid-weight designer that will support the wider design team to deliver effective and consistent designs and ideation across a range of media channels, with precise attention to detail and accuracy combined with a high-levelof creativity and the ability to passionately communicate presented work cross-functionally across the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To ensure that all artwork and creative meets the brief, and that it is on brand to a high standard
- Day to day you will be working very closely with their team of lead designers and design manager, helping them design collateral for different needs, like digital, print, image retouching/manipulation, new concept development work.
- Develop a strong understanding of the beauty industry and their brands
- Being an innovator to create creative strong brand identities as you will be given a lot of responsibility regarding creative control on your given briefs

**What we need from you**:

- An original portfolio with pages including finished outcomes, sketch pages and your conceptual thinking showing your creative process
- Experience working in a fast paced environment and proven ability to work from a brief to create high quality concept work across pack, print, digital and media.
- Enjoys a challenge by a range of creative work with the ability to problem solve and bring solutions to the problem.
