**About the role**:
We are looking for a Mid Weight Graphic Designer to join our JLFS team, working with our Design and copywriting team.

As an experienced Graphic Designer you will design exceptional creative work and visual experiences that can be delivered across omni-channel customer touchpoints.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- By demonstrating an excellent understanding of brand design guidelines and creative strategy you will be able to develop creative work that is on brand, in line with guidelines and be able to articulate our standards across the business. Your creative work and output will also be expected to deliver the desired outcomes for commercial and creative briefs
- You will need to present conceptual ideas and creative work to the relevant stakeholders
- You will be required to support junior members of the team across creative and content

**Essential Skills You’ll Need**:

- Experienced in developing creative ideas and design work for omni-channel
- Experience of art direction and visual design
- Understanding of brand and creative strategy
- Understanding of digital and social marketing and experience of design for digital platforms and physical environments
- Experience of Financial services

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience of motion design
- Experience of HTML and CRM
- Knowledge of interactive or experiential design
- Working within a creative team, either in-house or agency
