As part of our expansion, we are looking for a talented and passionate graphic designer to work alongside our small, collaborative team of designers. This role is perfect for someone with a flair for visual storytelling and a keen eye for detail, who is excited to create engaging and innovative designs for a diverse range of social media campaigns. From time to time, you may also work on other design projects, spanning from print to digital design.Beyond anything, we’re looking for someone with creative flair, an eye for detail and a genuine passion for great design.Key Responsibilities:Design compelling graphics and visual content for social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to develop creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.Contribute to the creative process with original ideas and a fresh perspective on current design trends.Manage multiple design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.Provide support to other designers in the team, offering creative input and feedback.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies to keep our designs cutting-edge and engaging.Assist in developing and maintaining the agency’s design assets and libraries.Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into visually appealing and effective designs.Qualifications:A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a social media or digital marketing environment.A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, particularly for social media.Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Excellent visual, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to manage time effectively, work on multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, scaling agency environment.Creative thinking with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.Benefits:Salary c. £35k per annum25 days off annual leave + bank holidays + an extra day off on your Birthday.Hybrid working with 2 days WFH each week Opportunities for professional development in a scaling digital marketing agency.A creative and collaborative work environment with a team of passionate digital marketing professionals.Equal Opportunity:Social Chameleon is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
