We’re looking for people who are passionate about protecting the interests of both Admiral and our customers. You will be dealing with a varied and interesting portfolio of claims that have potential prospects of us being able to recover money we pay out on claims.

Flexibility and work life balance is important to us, and so your time will be split between home (80%) and office (20%), this will usually mean two days a week in the office. There is however the option for you to work more frequently from the office if this is your preference.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Identify recovery prospects on new/existing claims and pursuing negligent third parties, to recover back money that we have paid out.
- Pro-actively manage a caseload of recovery claims whilst keeping our customers up to date throughout the process.
- Negotiate recovery costs with negligent third parties as and when required.
- Ensure your claims are accurately reserved in line with what we expect to recover.
- Accurately record recovery savings.
- Maintain a good working relationship with all teams across the department.
- Stay up to date with legal aspects of recoveries.
- Identify and communicate opportunities where improvements can be made to the customer journey and cost control.
- Act as a claims point of contact for Household recovery matters.
- Perform any other duties as reasonably requested according to the needs of the Household Claims department or company to ensure business targets are achieved.
