**Role**: 3rd Line Engineer
**Location**: City of London / Hybrid Working
**Salary**: £55,000

I am recruiting for an established, industry leading managed service provider who are on the look out for a technical and ambitious 3rd Line IT Engineer.

In this role you will provide outstanding technical support to clients, whilst simultaneously developing as an engineer through industry leading training and personalised professional development plans.

**The Role**:

- You will work alongside the Service Desk Manager & 2nd Line Team to provide support to high-profile clients and ensure all tickets are managed correctly
- As a Senior Engineer you will support the 2nd & 1st Line Teams to resolve technical issues and share your forever expanding IT knowledge
- Continuously work to resolve tickets in a timely manner to hit service level targets
- You will be a key project resource and provide your technical expertise and skills to ensure they are completed successfully
