About the Company
A renowned market research company is looking for an IT Support Executive, who will be the 'go to person' for all IT Desktop Support. Working in a busy office based in Farringdon with 175 users, you must be someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction and takespride in providing excellent, professional customer service to your colleagues.
Position Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who wants to be part of a fast-paced and growing company, that relishes taking on IT support and project implementation to ensure that IT helps rather than hinders the company's growth.
Your technical responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Providing 1st and 2nd line support for all IT issues and deal with the company's IT support suppliers for all 3rd line issues;
- Providing IT Desktop Support to colleagues, both face-to-face and remote;
- Providing a new joiner IT induction for all new starters on their first morning, going through Outlook, Box, Slack, Teams and any other software the new joiner has;
- Providing basic networking troubleshooting TCP/IP;
- Providing support for handheld devices;
- Assisting with small roll out projects.
Essential Skills and personal qualities:

- Microsoft Support Experience and good working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange/Office 365
- Up to 1-2 Years Commercial IT Support Experience (desirable)
