**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Whittlebury Park is looking for a polite and enthusiastic individual with a passion for hospitality and guest experience.

**MAIN OBJECTIVES & JOB ROLE**:
To provide a high standard in serving guests food and beverage in a warm, friendly, and professional manner whilst adhering to company standards.

Ability to lead and train a small team for success.

Dealing with guests in a polite and friendly manner

Great organisation skills, excellent communication, and ability to task staff with ownership ensuring that buffets and Leisure restaurant are set and ready at the beginning of each session.

You will, with the support of the Assistant F& B manager generate standard operating procedures.

Promote Whittlebury Park’s food and beverage offering to all guests who use the Leisure facilities.

To maximise sales by being knowledgeable of all our offerings in the department and around the estate, being able to offer and promote these to our guests to maximise their experience.

To ensure the smooth running of the food & Beverage provision in the Leisure area.

Cleaning of areas front and back of house to make a good impression, and to stay safe and hygienic

Areas of work can include restaurants, bars, spa, weddings, banquets, estate events as well as the Leisure Club.

Please note due to the nature of this role Job hours of work are variable and include weekend, evening, and holiday periods

Maintain hospitality standards while serving food to guests.

Meeting with managers and the team regularly in order to learn about menu changes and specials as well as discussing upcoming reservations and customers with special needs

Vacuuming event areas and other light cleaning duties
