At Whittlebury Park we are looking for hospitality superstars to join our busy Food & Beverage Department.

Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. We have award winning facilities including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and a luxurious spa.

**Salary**:
Up to £25916.80 per annum + Service charge

**What will you do?**

As a Supervisor in our Food & Beverage team, you will:

- Oversee bar and restaurant service with a focus on quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.
- Engage with guests, handle feedback, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support in stock control, FIFO practices, and inventory checking.
- Lead by example with opening/closing duties and health & safety standards.
- Flexibly supporting across F&B outlets including events, golf, and room service.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given if you have the passion and enthusiasm for hospitality. Your areas of work will cover our varied food and beverage outlets from the Atrium Bar
- popular with our golfers and sporting guests, the Silverstone bar serving our hotel guests, conference guests and restaurant guests to our function spaces when we have weddings, special events and tribute nights.

The hours of work will vary and include weekends, late evenings, and holiday periods.
