**Reports to: SHEQ Systems Manager**

**Location: Rosehill, Carlisle CA1 2ST**

**Salary £21779.65 per annum Monday-Friday**

**PURPOSE OF ROLE**:
To support the SHEQ team in delivering the Health and Safety, Environment and Quality strategy for the businesses.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**Training and ISO Management Systems**
- Support with the management with the administration of the Group ISO Management Systems to ensure compliance
- Ensure all mandatory training for employees is recorded and managed within the Health and Safety Management System and kept up to date
- Provide reports/analysis/statistics on a regular basis
- Assist with the Contractor Management data, ensuring it is kept up to date in line with the Group ISO Management Systems, sending out Contractor Approval vetting forms as required
- Assist with the Group Document Control System
- Influence and build strong relationships with people around the business, confidently and positively challenging working practices where appropriate
- Lead by example at all times, always encouraging a positive safety culture
- Act responsibly in relation to all matters which may affect the Health and Safety of yourselves and others whilst on Company premises, customers’ premises and travelling between sites, and adhere to safety regulations at all times

**Qualifications & Experience**:
Essential: Experience in an office/administration environment

Desirable: Interest or experience working within ISO Management sytems.
