**About the role**
We are looking for a** Project Co-ordinator -** to join our **Property Services & Delivery** team. This role is a home-based role, where there is no daily requirement to attend an office with the flexibility to attend as and when required.
Reporting to the Capital Projects Manager, you will support the Planned Investment function with management of databases, collation of information, provision of regular reports and performance/financial management and monitoring.
**Responsibilities will include**:
**Maintaining Records**
Support the Capital Investment Team to ensure accurate and up to date records of Onwards proposed and completed capital investment work and budgets.
**Information Analysis**
Establish systems to analyse information on Capital Investment related programmes to support and enhance the delivery and service.
**Preparation of Reports**
Prepare and validate reports as and when required analysing the delivery of the planned work programmes.
**System Administration**
In line with Onwards governance and standing orders ensure that the effective administration of Onwards systems for the delivery of planned works, administer the systems to ensure the creation of work orders, budgets, payments etc. as required to support planned related works teams.
**Support Internal and External Audit**
Provide accurate, up to date concise information for internal and external audits.
**Budgets**
Assist the Project Officer with financial planning, budget and setting, Budget optimisation as and when required.
**What are we looking for?**
- Experience of Performance management pf planned works and the delivery.
- Knowledge and understanding of property management, maintenance and planned works.
- Experience of working in a Customer focused environment.
- A demonstrable methodical approach to work, with sound organisational skills, within a team environment but also ability to work on your own.
- High quality communication skills (written and verbal)
- IT skills
**Desirable**
- Knowledge of core housing systems
- Knowledge of IT with regard to database systems, core Housing Management, Finance and Asset Management systems.
**Qualifications**
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent experience
