Are you a Business Analyst that is looking for an opportunity to work on a new and niche area in our well established Government sector? We need you to drive process assessments for workflow automation. You would also identify suitable process opportunitiesand analysis of those processes to quickly assess feasibility by understanding requirements to automate customer journeys, as well as the associated costs vs benefits of providing a solution. Solution documentation needs to be created for developers to createautomated workflow solutions. Do you also have leadership skills? It would be great if you do as there is a small Team to manage.

This role is Hybrid Variable with some work from one of our offices.

**What you will be doing**:

- **?**Designs or undertakes impact analysis of small to medium size solutions or partial solutions
- Collate and be responsible for proposals and bids (0 - 100 days), of which some work packages will be undertaken by others. This may also include responses to change requests
- Contributes to solution reviews
- Play a lead role in documenting and/or tailoring some local processes
- Conduct analysis of processes to determine feasibility, potential benefits and rank based on several key factors
- Facilitate SME Deep Dive sessions, comprehensively unearthing essential process detail in order to document and detail the process to system architects
- Understand requirements well enough to reengineer processes so workflow solutions are robust and efficient
- Maintain oversight of 'mini project' opportunities such as Change Requests and smaller automation builds to ensure stakeholders remain engaged and the solution is delivered in a timely and effective manner

**What you’ll bring**:

- Analysis expertise, with a background in Business Analysis or similar, having experience in opportunity identification and benefit calculation
- Experienced in an Agile working practice, working to deliver within pre-determined sprint timescales
- A fantastic stakeholder manager, with ability to engage and manage stakeholders at various levels
- Able to challenge convention, to assist with developing and evolving working methods, both within and outside of the Innovation team
- Proficient in facilitating opportunity identification workshop sessions, and SME process deep dives, teasing out as much detail as possible
- Proficient and accredited in digital toolsets. Preferably experienced in a recognised workflow solutions toolset such as PEGA, IBM or other Workflow toolsets
