Business Analyst

Business Analyst - Salary to £50,000 - Leeds, West Yorkshire

Professional Services organisation has a superb new opening for a Business Analyst ideally from a developer background (SQL) and with experience of working in a legal environment to work within my clients development team where you will take the lead oninnovation and be responsible for identifying new opportunities and solutions to resolve issues in processes and fill gaps in system capabilities and. We identify problems across the business, evaluate potential solutions internally or externally, build businesscases and collaborate with relevant Operations stakeholders and Product to implement these solutions. You will be responsible for harnessing data of the customer's journey to identify areas for improvement which would positively impact the customer's experience.

As a Business Analyst you will examine customer journey data and identify the relevant teams who have a stake in that customer journey and engage those stakeholders in the issues, collate feedback and use cases from stakeholders, research and identify potentialsolutions for the issue or process gap and write proposals and present business cases for approval to carry out the solution. You will manage Proof of Concept projects, engaging stakeholders across the business to test the new solutions' ability to meet theneeds ensuring compliance of the solution with the relevant governance, privacy, legal, and conduct risk structures.

You will have strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to keep stakeholders focused and on-topic, a detail oriented and disciplined approach to process, quality, and compliance controls. strong documentation skills, able to clearly articulatethe problem statement, stakeholder use cases, and solution's benefits in a business case, the ability to articulate complex issues concisely and communicate effectively at all levels, good presentation skills are key.

You will have proven experience in business and systems and ideally have SDLC / technical SQL experience (SQL/T-SQL)
