You’ll join a close-knit group of academics who are behind a varied programme of research-led teaching, workshops, seminars and forward-thinking studies that equip the workforce of the future.

You will plan, deliver and assess clinical skills and simulation across all fields of pre-registration nursing this provision includes using a variety of technologies and approaches to deliver a vibrant education to your students that can be translated into real-world skills. Teaching facilities in academic and practice provision are excellent and our clinical skills centre is state of the art. Research is, naturally, a key part of our make-up and all staff are encouraged to participate. Working side-by-side with talented colleagues you’ll share knowledge and expertise through professional consultancy, pursuing opportunities that will generate profitable income and supporting students with valuable placements wherever possible.

By the end of your probation period, you must have achieved the relevant level of UKPSF recognition (if this has not already been obtained). For those new to teaching, this will be through our accredited Introduction to Learning and Teaching and for those experienced in teaching, through our Kingston Academic Practice Standards Framework.

**The Faculty**:
**School of Nursing, Allied and Public Health**

Our people are passionate about developing nurses for the future, in each of the four fields of nursing - adult, children, learning disability and mental health.
