**Head of Operational Quality - Richmond Villages (Bupa)**

We're looking for a passionate and experienced leader to join us as **Head of Operational Quality**, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance across our care homes and domiciliary services.

**About the Role**

**As Head of Operational Quality, you'll**:

- Lead on clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and risk management across Richmond Villages.
- Partner with the Managing Director and operational leaders to drive continuous improvement.
- Support and oversee the performance of CQC Registered Managers.
- Use clinical metrics and data to identify risks and ensure early intervention.
- Represent Richmond Villages in clinical governance forums and with external stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives including dementia care and service innovation.

**What We're Looking For**
- Strong understanding of the UK care sector and CQC regulatory framework.
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within quality assurance.
- Ability to influence at all levels, including with regulators and senior stakeholders.
- Passion for person-centred care and improving resident outcomes.
- NMC registration is advantageous, or significant experience managing nursing care homes.
