Duties to include:
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Reconcile purchase ledger statements and process payments
- Month end purchase / sales ledger reconciliation
- Process manufacturer accounts and reconcile payments
- Reconcile vehicle ledgers
- Bank reconciliation
- Reconcile petty cash
- Accruals and pre-payments
- Inter-company reconciliation and payments
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Daily processing of bank statement
- Process and post sales ledger cheques
