**Brief Description**

The Customer Service Administratorwill work in a fast-paced environment, on a highly collaborative team in an inclusive environment. This person will be the primary interface between the customer and British Autogard. He / She will be responsible for internally managing sales orders and quotations. The position requires strong communication skills in customer service.

Provides clerical/administrative support to a sales office or centralized sales function. Answering the phone for the organisation and may need to answer questions about the organization's products and/or services. Operates a personal computer and appropriate software packages or its equivalent.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Frequent interaction with customers in order to quickly address customer concerns.
- Actively manage the customer orders and quotations across the entire life cycle.
- Answer phones
- Work and interact with multiple intercompany departments - Purchasing, Manufacturing, Distribution and Engineering.
- Must be able to handle calls in an efficient and professional manner; provide first call resolution.
- Accepts and processes sales orders and quotations timely, this includes verifying order for accuracy. Coordinates the distribution of orders to production areas and shipping department.

**Internal training will be given on all of the above.**

**Job Requirements**
- Standard Level of Education.
- 3 years of Customer Service Experience preferred (but not essential)
- Some Engineering knowledge would be advantageous (but not essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
