**IT Solutions & Implementations Contractor (Inside)**
In summary: Contractor for six months, to assist on implementation activity, inside IR35 role, reporting to IT Solutions & Implementations Coordinator
What you'll do on a typical day:
Get involved in configuring warehouse and transport management systems ahead of implementation
Implement new systems on our sites, acting as an IT Coordinator monitoring the success of new processes and logging/prioritising any issues that arise
Ensure that project, support, training and user documentation is accurately tracked and recorded.
Provide post-implementation system support and eventually hand over the support team.
Interact with existing customer to discuss CI opportunities, labour saving initiatives, further growth and enhancements.
RPA Champion, to discover new processes to be then automated.
3rd line Support for driver device issues.
Isotrak experience useful
Paragon experience useful
Transport Management experience useful
**IT Project Coordinator Contractor (Outside)**
In summary: Contractor for four months, to assist on implementation activity, inside IR35 role, reporting to IT Solutions & Implementations Coordinator
3 months on the road working nights
What you'll do on a typical day:
Acting as a hands-on IT Coordinator monitoring the success of new processes and logging/prioritising any issues that arise
Solving issues and providing training
Ensure that project, support, training and user documentation is accurately tracked and recorded.
Provide post-implementation system support and eventually hand over the support team.
3rd line Support for driver device issues.
Isotrak experience useful
Transport Management experience useful
Driver Training On Handheld Isotrak
Warehouse training on RF scanning
Office Training on ATMSI
Diagnose issue with Handheld (first time fix)
