Our professional services team works across multiple platforms incorporating groundbreaking technologies like XR, robotics, machine learning and IoT. We work on a diverse range of business verticals including games, automotive, retail, manufacturing and entertainment

As Creative and Art Direction Manager you'll combine your outstanding hands-on design skills with a proven ability to empower and guide your team to deliver remarkable work.

We'll expect you to develop ground-breaking creative concepts and demonstrate intuitive problem-solving skills, while overseeing projects all the way through execution providing a strong foundation of technical knowledge to your team.

You will be jumping into projects with a selection of great clients and also work seamlessly across multiple partners and internal teams to deliver superb results. You will help lead the collaborative efforts of the project's creative on AR/VR, mobile and multi-platform projects, driving teams to massively over-deliver, every time.

As part of the partners group, you will work closely with our extended partnership network to bring the best talent out there to work with our internal teams in different areas like, creative design, storyboard telling, user experience and Ui design, 2D and 3D art.

**What you'll be doing**
- Lead day-to-day operations of a design/art team, including setting priorities, assigning resources, and ensuring project goals are achieved.
- Oversee and provide daily management of the creative output of your team, including guiding design direction, technical enablement, interaction, and methodology.
- Take a creative leadership role with many clients, and participate in the creative role of new business pitches, proposal development, project initiation to completion reviewing project plans.
- Main point of contact for any creative and art technical questions from our partner team.
- Vet new partners and their resources to join our network and perform technical reviews.

**What we're looking for**
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven track record to mentor and develop skills in fellow designers and artists.
- Solid understanding of the design process and project management in 2D/3D art.
- Combination of the following software experience: modelling and sculpting, rigging, animation, procedural generated assets, illustration and design tools.
- Communicate effectively in small and large groups at all levels of a client organisation.

**You might also have**
- Knowledge of real-time 3D technology, AR/VR and experience with Maya, Blender, Houdini, ZBrush, Illustrator, Figma and/or any other design or major art tool.
- Experience with AAA titles and knowledge of Unity Software.
- Experience facilitating design-centric workshops, both in-person and virtually and having a Sketching/Art background as it relates to whiteboarding.
