The Role

As Creative Lead, you'll shape and champion the creative vision across multi-channel campaigns, ChangeLab experiences (gamified online courses, live training, and immersive workshops), and digital projects.

You'll transform complex medical and strategic insights into compelling visual narratives that engage, educate, and inspire—pushing creative boundaries in healthcare communications.

This is a hands-on leadership role offering genuine career progression in a growing, forward-thinking agency.

You'll lead a team of three Designers
, inspiring creativity and ensuring excellence across all outputs (previous line managment essential)

About You


• 7+ years' experience as a Creative Lead, Creative Director, or Senior Art Director,
ideally in healthcare communications
, product UX, or digital learning.



Expert in Figma essential
– particularly for concepting, prototyping, and style frames.


• A crisp, clean portfolio showcasing conceptual strength and polished execution across digital, interactive, and experiential work.


• Deep understanding of brand development, UX/UI design, and interactive storytelling.


• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams from concept through delivery.


• Exceptional communication and presentation skills—able to simplify complex ideas and build client confidence.


• Passionate about emerging technology and its potential to elevate engagement and education.

What You'll Do


• Lead creative direction across campaigns, ChangeLab experiences, and digital/animation projects.


• Translate strategic and medical objectives into engaging, story-led concepts.


• Champion innovation and big-picture thinking—bringing fresh ideas to every brief.


• Inspire and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, setting high standards for craft and innovation.


• Oversee the design and delivery of interactive experiences (VR, AR, gamified learning, interactive video).


• Ensure UX/UI excellence across all digital touchpoints—intuitive, accessible, and beautifully executed.


• Present creative ideas confidently to clients and internal teams, articulating the rationale with clarity and passion.


• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies that enhance learning and engagement.


• Maintain exceptional standards of creativity, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Location & Working Style


• Based in central Brighton, in a dog-friendly office.


• Ideally suited to candidates within a 30-minute commute (bus, train, or cycle).
