Freelance Opportunity: Mid-Level Art Director / Creative

Location: London, Manchester or Brighton (Hybrid, 3 days a week)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Minimum 3 months

We're on the hunt for a mid-level Art Director / Creative to jump in on a freelance cover at Anything is Possible, our award-winning integrated agency.

You'll be working across bold, integrated campaigns and shaping big ideas alongside a genuinely collaborative and supportive creative team.

This role will suit someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can confidently bring concepts to life across digital, social and traditional channels, and enjoys pushing creative boundaries while staying grounded in insight and strategy.

What You'll Do
Develop and execute creative concepts across multi-channel campaigns

Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, strategists, and media teams

Contribute to pitches and proactive creative ideas for new and existing clients

Ensure ideas are impactful, on-brand, and visually exceptional

What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience in a creative or art direction role within an agency

Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and craft across digital, social, and integrated campaigns

Confident using Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable working with design and production partners

Collaborative, curious, and ready to bring ideas to life in a fast-moving environment
