An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate Reservations Agent be part of the Team at Criterion Hospitality.

**As Reservations Agent, you will**:

- Maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of reservations, by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.
- Manage the daily operations and efficient running of the reservation team and the day
- Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system.
- To ensure all administrative procedures are completed accurately and reservations reports are completed on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Ensure that accurate, up-to-date contract information, rate agreements, data input are in place for all existing and new clients.

Four hotels currently in our portfolio, all located in London’s bustling West End, we’re looking for an experienced, vibrant, and energetic Reservation Agent for Zedwell Piccadilly.

**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum 1 years’ experience at a Reservation Agent level.
- Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Strong customer care skills and ability to work under pressure, with excellent attention to detail.
- Technical knowledge of hotel booking systems
