**Trade and Project Coordinator - Newtownabbey - Salary Negotiable**

**Overview**

Completing schemes and driving improvements. Design & maintain workflows, processes and procedures. Advising the senior management on major projects. Interfacing with all stakeholders particularly in a Commercial aspect, especially onboarding. A leader with brokerage and administration experience.

**The person**

An enthusiastic individual, with high levels of integrity. Considerate to others and driven and direct with a proven track record in taking responsibility and seeking out challenges.

**Key duties and Roles**

The ability to prioritise tasks and work closely with colleagues, providing necessary support.

Able to work on their own initiative, while also being able to take direction in a cooperative environment.

Delivering major projects and schemes while driving improvements facilitating improvements.

Developing in Procedures and Work Instructions with a proactive approach to improving the efficiency.

Assisting and monitoring onboarding and authorisations for commercial teams & customers.

Partake in Corrective and Preventative Actions for compliance purposes.

Assisting with Continuing Professional Development

Staff absence and out of hours cover including (but not limited to) peak-time brokerage cover.

Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required including.

Weekly and monthly reporting and oversight and input and support for Customs Management Meetings

Project Management for software testing and implementation

Drive commercial and marketing direction.

Interpretation and advice surrounding commercial paperwork, Incoterms and onboarding.

Border practices, Brexit, Customs procedures and International trade reporting.

Acting as a secondary level of escalation for customs enquiries

Undertake other duties within competence and within reason, in order to meet fluctuations
