An experienced IT Support Technician is needed to join the team at this leading IT Solutions Provider based in Havant. They are an established and forward-thinking IT services company offering fast and friendly full-spectrum IT support to personal and professionalclients.

**About the Role**
They believe in allowing you to take ownership and responsibility; you will be joining a dynamic team with an entrepreneurial attitude.
They can provide varied responsibility and exposure to all aspects of IT-managed services provision, enabling you to become an accomplished Services Desk Engineer.
You will provide high-quality IT support to their clients in the installation and configuration of Windows Server, Office365, and networking elements. They use industry-leading MSP tools both remotely and onsite.

Established in 2004, they are based in Havant in Hampshire and operate within a 30-mile radius of Havant, including Portsmouth, Fareham, Gosport, Southampton, Petersfield, and Chichester.
Employing a small team of experienced engineers, they work with businesses to help them find the best solutions to their requirements.
They can specify, source and integrate solutions to help your business run as smoothly as possible.
With support from their helpdesk using the latest technology for remote access, plus onsite visits, they keep your business IT in great shape.

**Required Skills**:

- A car driving licence is an advantage
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows 10 technologies
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A desire to learn and keep up to date with technology

**Desirable Skills**:

- Installing, configuring and supporting Windows Server
- Configuring and supporting Office 365 core services
- PC and Server hardware set-up and configuration
- Resolving and troubleshooting networking issues
- Experience working as a 2nd Line Support Analyst, Support Engineer, Service Desk Technician, IT Technician, Service Desk Analyst, Service Desk Engineer, Helpdesk Support, Helpdesk Analyst, Helpdesk Engineer with experience across Windows Server and Microsoftcloud, ideally with previous Managed IT Service environment is advantageous
