**The Role**

You will have sustainability consulting experience or worked in an in-house role, and you will have been responsible for ESG strategy development and reporting. You will have technical knowledge and a strong understanding of how companies can achieve netzero emissions. Above all you will have a high level of self-motivation, a commitment to personal growth and you will thrive working in a fast-paced client-driven environment.

You will be a vital member of the consulting team, leading work with major clients in various sectors and specialising in ESG Strategy and Reporting services.

**Responsibilities**
- Delivering high-profile strategic ESG reporting projects for complex, global corporates, and asset managers.
- Helping clients to respond to voluntary ESG reporting frameworks such as GRESB, EPRA, CDP, GRI & SASB.
- Leading strategic projects with clients to build and implement ambitious sustainability strategies that enable clients to transition to net zero.
- Delivering high-profile GHG accounting and science-based targets projects.
- Relationship building with individuals in large and complex clients.
- Project management of client delivery with a focus on quality and timeliness.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to lead workshops with business leaders.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years+ relevant experience in climate change or ESG-related work.
- Expertise in voluntary ESG reporting frameworks (CDP, GRESB, EPRA TCFD, SASB and GRI).
- Managed ESG reporting projects through planning, data gathering and copywriting phases.
- Technical knowledge relating to strategy and reporting services (ESG strategy and reporting, GHG calculation and reporting, science-based targets, net-zero strategies).
- Experience within commercial real estate or financial services sectors, preferably from a Consultancy setting.
- Project and programme management experience.
- Eye for detail, preparation of reports, presentations, and papers on sustainability programmes.
- Taken a lead role in workshops and meetings.
