Working within an LLP environment and looking for that next step? Our client is rapidly growing and as a result has created a new role within the HR team. Are you someone who thrives in an environment that is rarely the same from one week to the next andare keen to learn and develop their HR career? We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic HR Administrator keen to move their career forward to Co-ordinator level.
- Manage the payroll process for 12 global entities including collating changes, updating changes in line with the payroll deadlines
- Manage the monthly benefit submissions with support from the HR Generalist
- Administration of all contracts of employment, offer letters, amendment letters etc
- Super user of the HR Systems
- Manage the Pre-Employment Check process working closely with the Compliance Team.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and processes and escalate to the HR Generalist where necessary
- Responsible for responding to day-to-day benefits queries
- Produce employment reference and tenancy letters
- Responsible for ensuring all employee records are complete and accurate and that records and employee filing are maintained and up to date at all times
- Support the HR Team with annual remuneration reviews
- Ensure compliance with employment laws
**_Skills / Experience: _**
- Proven experience as an HR administrator/HR Co-ordinator from a global business
- Proficient in MS Office in particular excel and an understanding of using and maintaining HR databases and payroll software
- Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality handling sensitive information
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable with good communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to seek and identify alternative solutions when faced with an obstacle.
- Ability to take ownership, to work autonomously and willingness to be accountable
- Strong team ethic and proven ability to work collaboratively
- Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
