Do you want to work for an organisation that is committed to delivering a service to be proud of, improving lives, and benefitting local communities?** First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focussed individual to join our friendly Community Impact team to be the central point of access for all Community Services teams for customers, colleagues and external partners. It supports a 'whole system' approach to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service." You will spend your time maintaining the central access triage system to assess the circumstances of each query to resolve or action appropriately. You will promote community involvement, engagement and empowerment to help local communities take the lead in improving the places where they live, utilising a number of hubs to encourage customers to actively participate in the community. **This role is a permanent, part time role working 2 days per week (7:24 hours per day)** **What's in it for you?** When you become a part of the FCHO team, you receive a range of fantastic benefits, including: - A salary of £32,543 per annum pro rata (£13,017.20 per annum actual salary) - 30 days holiday and all UK bank holidays plus one company shut down day as determined by FCHO.
