A well-established business based in a large Manufacturing Plant in Chadderton, Oldham. We form part of Armacell International, a global innovator in foam technologies and the World leader in the market for flexible technical insulation materials.

Following an internal promotion an opportunity has arisen for a permanent, full time, experienced and proactive **Customer Service Coordinator.**

You will support the UK Area Sales Managers by providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to interact effectively with colleagues, suppliers and customers to develop key relationships.

- Ability to work independently, to use initiative and maintain attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge and experience of using SAP and MS Excel.
- Able to accurately enter and manage data.
- Able to organise and prioritise.
- Reliable track record.
- Proven aptitude for Sales.
- ‘Can do’ attitude.

**Under the direction of the Customer Services Manager, the post holder is responsible for all aspects of Customer Services including: -**
- Promote and develop excellent customer relations acting as a link between Armacell and its customers.
- Able to co-ordinate customer visits, handle key accounts and coordinate deliveries and services.
- Handle customer queries; responding quickly and efficiently.
- Actively develop product knowledge and procedural expertise.
- Receive and process customer orders for a designated geographical area.
- Proactively canvass sales to ensure best utilisation of transport.
- Support marketing during promotions and product launches and handle response to marketing campaigns.
- Accurate data input.
- Effective liaison with colleagues to organise make-to-order items.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £23,000.00 per year
