Due to exciting client growth, **DiMensionaL Consulting**, a fast growing HR Consultancy now has a brand new and exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced HR Advisor to join its rapidly expanding and busy People Consulting Team.

Reporting directly into our Director and Head of People & Change and supported by our Senior HR Business Partner, we are looking for a bright, articulate individual to come on board and play a pivotal role in taking the lead on one of our key clients as their HR advisor/Manager.

Based out of our prestigious location in the heart of Manchester City Centre, this role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and make regular visits to our client’s site in Greater Manchester. The HR Advisor will partner with the client leadership team to support them with their full people agenda and growth strategy. As the main ‘go to’ person for all HR related queries, your role will be varied and operate across the full people agenda.

With 2 to 3 years’ of experience at advisory level, this would suit someone who is ready to take that next step with a view to moving to manager. You will have the confidence and tenacity to work with a leadership team as well as demonstrate drive and passion to succeed in this busy role.

**As an HR Advisor you will be responsible for the following**:

- Provide HR consultative advice across the full HR spectrum and lead the people agenda
- Support recruitment campaigns and assist with gaining great talent into the business including designing apprenticeships and graduate schemes
- Introduce new ways of working as well as implementing new people processes, procedures and policies
- Lead on specific people projects
- Provide expert guidance around employee relations issues ensuring ‘best practice’ is applied at all times.
- Coach line managers with people challenges to help reach a sustainable solution including upskilling managers to assist with better management of their people
- Lead on performance and absence reviews to improve capability
- Update the HR system, producing reports with analytics, recommending proposed changes
- Lead on training, orientation sessions and drive a wellbeing strategy across the entire business
- Drive performance, engagement and cultural change across the business, providing leadership and development

**Essential**
- 2 to 3 years’ experience of working within as a HR Advisor
- Studying towards a CIPD Level 5 Qualification
- A strong employee relations background
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A consultative approach with the ability to manage key stakeholders
- A full driving licence with the ability to travel to the client location in Greater Manchester
