**Salary Circa: £23,000 to £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)**

The Credit Controller (Agent Liaison) will work as part of the wider Sales team to ensure the agent registration process runs smoothly. The role will be the regular point of contact with our partner Agents, with a key focus on agency payments and commissions. The post holder will also provide other administrative support to the Director of Business Development as required.
**1. Duties & Responsibilities**
- Improve quality and processes for delivery, with a focus on BSC platinum partners
- Responsible for ensuring that new agent contracts are set up quickly and in line with the approved BSC policies
- Establish policies that follow customer service best practices while ensuring customers submit payments on time.
- Support with the compilation and issuance of monthly commission statements
- Liaise with agents and the Student Finance Officer to investigate and resolve payment issues in line with each Agents terms & conditions, ensuring accurate and up to date records are maintained at all times.
- Maintain good working relationships with both colleagues cross the business and suppliers, projecting a professional image of the Company at all times
- Day to day support with the sales team mailbox and phone line
- Support the Sales function in team meetings by taking notes and following up on action items
- Manage agent inbox, and ensure urgent enquiries are sent to the respective Regional Managers.
**2. Internal & External Communications**
- Provide support to all teams across BSC as required, keeping the teams regularly updated on pertinent information
- Maintain an in-depth product knowledge of BSC’s portfolio of products in order to best understand how the role supports the needs of the Commercial, Finance and Operational Teams
- Support the Sales team with ensuring regular Product Knowledge training sessions by coordinating with the Group Academic Director
- Provide content to the monthly newsletter as required

- Intermediate Excel skills
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience within a Sales or Finance environment Desired Experience/Skills:
- Process improvement experience a distinct advantage
- Previous experience in a multi stream business preferred
