**Technical Compliance Manager - iGaming and Sports Betting Technology leader - Remote based**

Arnold Ash are retained to identify and attract a Technical Compliance Manager for a multi-award-winning B2B iGaming platform, with offices located in (among other jurisdictions) UK (London), Malta, Portugal and Bulgaria. This is a remote based role.

Reporting into the Head of Compliance and dealing with Stakeholders at all levels, the Technical Compliance Manager will lead relevant projects and initiatives to ensure a best in class product and service.

**Responsibilities or the Technical Compliance Manager**:

- Define, manage and operate Certification and Compliance projects up to completion phase.
- Coordinate the preparation, testing and submission of deliverables (including code) to test houses / labs.
- Carrying out technical compliance gap assessments/analyses across the relevant jurisdictions / markets in order to correctly and effectively communicate with the relevant teams on the implementation of technical solutions/products.
- Take a proactive interest in ongoing regulations and their amendments, and ensure that the platform is able to remain industry leading - keeping abreast of trends and direction of travel for key regulated markets of the company.
- Take the lead role in ensuring the company remains compliant with relevant international iGaming standards across multiple jurisdictions.
- Read and stay updated with requirements of technical standards, certifications, technical reporting requirements or technical setups, which the platform needs to comply with in order to enter chosen regulatory markets; and liaise effectively with the restof the teams to ensure such requirements are understood and implemented accordingly.
- Support Head of Compliance with interacting with external auditors and regulators where and if required on technical compliance matters, including reporting to (and producing reports for) regulators as may be required.
- Reporting any identified technical compliance risks and gaps and proposing compliant technical solutions and driving their implementation.
- Report on a weekly basis to management (i) issues identified with the platform (ii) escalation points where necessary and (iii) proposed solutions.
