**Do you have a keen eye for detail and have experience in working with compliance? We have a new and exciting opportunity to join one of our healthcare clients working as a Compliance Administrator. This role is an on-site role working at St. PancrasHospital, London. Working 22.5 hours per week, working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8am - 4.30pm paying £13000 per annum**
**What will you be doing as a Compliance Administrator ?**
- You will be working on behalf of a large Facilities Management company that provide a Service Level Agreement to support one of their Healthcare Clients.
- Working as a compliance administrator, your role will be responsible for the reporting of Hard FM reactive tasks to ensure reactive responses are given priority tolerance in ensuring that 95% performance is achieved through relevant KPI's being achieved.
- Liaising with engineers and sub-contractors
- Responding to helpdesk requests
- Ensure quotations from supplier and subcontracts are received and acted upon
- Ensure creation of purchase orders are requested on the COUPA system
- Booking in of goods
- Ensuring purchase invoices are approved and matched correctly to the in house system
- Assist the finance business partner and compliance manager with monthly and annual accounts reporting
- Ensuring all monthly meter readings are recorded on the spreadsheet
- Ensure the production of monthly trend graphs for monthly and annual energy reports are created
- To create maintain and enhance effective working relationships with the client
- To respond to any incidents or complaints in a speedily and effective manner

- If you have any experience in working within compliance, audit or SLA agreements
- Managing a busy workload
- Responding and being reactive to requests in an efficient and timely manner
- Experience in working with purchase orders
- Experience in using a computerised management system
- Experience in providing weekly, monthly, and annual reports
- Experience in working with stakeholders and senior management contacts
