Due to recent vacancy, we have an exciting opportunity available within our 0-19 Stoke on Trent Integrated Health Visitor and School Nursing Hub
Our Hub provides a single point of access for children, young people and families accessing our Health Visiting and School Nursing Teams across the City of Stoke on Trent. This service aims are to process, assess and determine the health needs of children and young people (CYP) to ensure their needs are met with the correct service provision through liaison and multi-agency working.
The Hub Administrative Team Coordinator will be responsible for the team providing confidential and efficient secretarial and administrative support.
The post holder will be required to work on their own initiative and demonstrate a willingness to help others and be a key member of the team.
The post holder will be expected to be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines in order to fulfil the requirements of the post. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential with an ability to deal with sensitive and challenging situations.
The post holder will maintain a business support infrastructure necessary to assist the Team and Hub Manager in meeting the Trust’s objectives and targets. This will include managing systems and processes to monitor performance against the Trust’s Key Performance Indicators.
The post holder will also analyse reports and extract data from all report formats for all Key Performance Indicators (Quantity and Quality) and feed this back to the Hub Manager in a format that can be used within the team for planning and supervision purposes.
The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management and coordination of the administrative team, including appraisals and supervision of team members and ensuring that staff are appropriately trained on departmental processes.
