Digital Design Executive

In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a **Digital Design Executive** to bring fresh insights and expertise to our digital department.

Carnival UK is building an industry-leading Digital function dedicated to crafting exceptional experiences that delight our guests, fulfil our promise of holiday happiness, whilst driving substantial revenue growth. Our mission is to constantly transform the guest experience through innovative digital solutions, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and curiosity. We want to empower our teams to deliver exceptional results, and the Digital Design Executive will play an important role in shaping the way we do this.

**In this pivotal role you will**:

- Work within the eCommerce team to create innovative assets and design for use across conversion testing, trading journeys & content story telling
- Design Digital assets across the end-to-end user journey, supporting creative concept development, sketching/designing/art working, image research, colour/text correcting, checking of all elements and provide digital files using appropriate software packages.
- Be a key liaison with the wider brand and creative teams to identify audience targeted creative that digital can utilise and align on for consistency.
- Ensure consistent adherence to brand positioning, defined identity and guidelines

This role is positioned at **CUK10** level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
