You will work as part of THIRST’s creative team, producing campaigns for our diverse range of global clients, in the B2B market.

Working under the supervision of the Creative Director you will be responsible for conceptual design solutions to meet marketing strategies from concept to completion.

You need to be motivated, a quick self-learner, but also be able to take instruction and be comfortable working well with others. Our culture is friendly and fun - we support each other in our respective roles.

**Specific responsibilities**

**Design**
- Excellent conceptual design skills
- Be able to design across multiple platforms, producing unique, creative design solutions
- Be ambitious, very much a self-starter, happy to work as a team but also solo
- Find innovative and creative solutions to meet project requirements

**Project management**
- Recommend better and creative ways of completing projects
- Prioritise and be proactive within own workload
- During brainstorms and client meetings, take an active part and have the ability to contribute ideas, make recommendations and give feedback

**Technology**

Naturally, you will have a great working knowledge of the Adobe design suite, more notably Photoshop,
Illustrator & Indesign. After Effects, Premiere Pro and Adobe XD would be beneficial.

- Bachelor's (preferred)
