**What You’ll Do**

As a Client Support Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our client interactions, ensuring their satisfaction and success. You will:

- **Resolve Issues**: Address client queries and challenges, delivering prompt and effective solutions.
- **Build Relationships**: Develop strong, long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their business needs.
- **Manage Accounts**: Understand clients’ business goals and tech requirements, providing strategic guidance with ongoing advice and support.
- **Oversee Projects**: Scope, agree upon, and manage technical projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Collaborate**: Communicate effectively with clients, third parties, and internal teams.
