We are currently recruiting part-time Customer Service colleagues working 21 hours with a starting package of **£23,184 pro rata. **T his is made up of a base salary of **£21,200 **along with an additional **£500 **flexible benefit and up to a **£1484 **discretionary performance related bonus.

- Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone

**What you’ll bring.**
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs
- You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

**What else you need to know.**

This is a part-time role working 21 hours across Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 8am - 6pm.

If you are interested in a part time role, during the initial training period you would be required to commit to working 7-hour shifts from 9am - 5pm during your training period. Training will either be Wednesday - Friday for 3 weeks OR Monday - Friday for 2 weeks. Once your training has been completed you would return to your agreed part time working hours.

If you are successful in reaching interview stage, your interview will be conducted remotely via MS Teams.
