**The Role**:
As our PPC Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our paid search initiatives, driving strategy, execution, and analysis to achieve unparalleled results. You'll work closely with a team of dedicated marketing professionals, guiding them to new heights with your expertise and leadership.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Paid Search Campaign Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our paid search campaigns, ensuring they are optimised for performance and generating a strong ROI.
- Strategy Development: Craft and implement innovative search marketing strategies that align with our clients' goals and market trends.
- Comprehensive Reporting and Analysis: Utilise data to inform decisions, presenting comprehensive reports that highlight successes, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
- Client communication: Discuss with key stakeholders across our client base about performance, strategy and brand development, as well as general reporting and feedback.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in paid search marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful Google Ads campaigns.
- Skills: A deep understanding of Google Ads with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
- Copywriting: Exceptional writing skills to create ad copy that captures attention and drives action.
- Digital Marketing: Broad knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and clients.
- Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with experience leading projects or teams.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit, eager to work as part of a dynamic team.
