Putting Things Right Administrator

The Putting Things Right team are recruiting for a Administrator to support theteam to provide comprehensive administrative, clerical and Datix (system) administration support.
The post holder will work within the overall framework of the National Health Service (Concerns, Complaints and Redress Arrangements) (Wales) Regulations 2011 and be a key conduit for ensuring complaints and incidents are managed appropriately under the supervision of the Putting Things Right Manager.
The post holder will monitor the entry point of concerns to include the organisation’s complaints mailbox and telephone line and be responsible for administration of the Datix system.
The day-to-day administration and maintenance accountability and responsibility of Datix Cloud/Web including user permissions.
Ensure changes made to the Datix Cloud/Web system are documented and communicated as appropriate.
Attend the Datix Working Group and support the Complaint and Incident Managers as necessary with the development and maintenance of Datix
Support the Complaint and Incident Managers with the co-ordination and delivery of training programmes and training manuals for Datix and Sharepoint and maintain training records
Engage with Datix SuperUsers and ensure these are regularly reviewed to ensure that SuperUsers are the best representatives from all areas of the organisation.
Support with the Putting Things Right monthly newsletter, to include drafting and liaising with the team/appropriate colleagues to ensure key messages are disseminated on a monthly basis as required.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply
