**Role Overview**
We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Housekeeping Supervisor** to lead our housekeeping team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the venue, including accommodation and communal spaces, are cleaned to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. You'll manage cleaning schedules, maintain stock levels, and play a key role in upholding and improving our cleaning standards across the site.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations across the venue
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness throughout the barn, guest rooms, and public areas
- Plan and manage staff rotas in line with event schedules
- Train and motivate the housekeeping team, ensuring tasks are completed to standard
- Oversee stock control and ordering of cleaning products and laundry supplies
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold and drive cleaning quality
- Prepare rooms to a high standard, including linen changes and replenishing guest amenities
- Take part in cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and deep cleaning post-events
- Coordinate laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and linen rotation
- Report maintenance or facility issues to management promptly

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Ability to manage schedules, supplies, and staff
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Own transport is beneficial due to our rural location
