**HR SYSTEMS MANAGER (Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM)**

**Role Overview**

We’d love to hear from you if you have experience of the following:

- Experience of leading teams supporting and developing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules including Core HR, Self Service, Onboarding, Recruit, Benefits, workflow and security
- Implementing & maintaining the system configuration as required by the HR function and wider business stakeholders, implementing new modules and upgrades as required
- Working with IT to deliver system integration with other key Pinsent Masons systems
- Provide management reports for senior stakeholders, delivering accurate analytics with added value
- Change management / control experience including the ability to put change management approaches in place to enable governance and control around system and process enhancements
- Managing supplier relationships, monitoring system and team performance against SLAs and escalating issues as required
- Coach and support the development of the HR systems team, increasing the range of skills and supporting a climate of continuous improvement
- Work with other teams, in a positive and collaborative environment
- Advising and guiding HR system users and championing best practice as regards HR systems in support of HR and Pinsent Masons policies
