Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant Permanent | Birmingham (Hybrid) | Up to £60,000 + BenefitsAre you an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM specialist looking for your next challenge?We’re hiring for a hands-on role within a well-established IT function, supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion HCM across a large, complex UK environment. You’ll work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver smart technical solutions, optimise performance, and ensure the system meets evolving business needs. This role may suit a Fusion HCM Consultant who also provides support activities within their role.What You’ll Be DoingAct as the go-to expert for Oracle Fusion HCM support.Develop and improve reporting solutions and approval workflows.Support new functionality, integrations, and upgrades.Maintain clear documentation and ensure business continuity.Monitor reporting performance and ensure data accuracy.Provide technical and functional support across Core HR, Self Service, Absence Management, and UK Payroll.Manage system configuration, patching, release cycles, and change control.Review Oracle quarterly releases and coordinate testing.Administer the Oracle SAAS portal and oversee performance.Lead technical issue resolution and provide third-line support.Proactively identify and resolve risks, bugs, and enhancement opportunities.What You’ll BringStrong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, especially approval workflows and UK payroll.At least 3 years’ experience supporting UK Oracle payrolls and modules like Core HR and Absence Management.Experience with third-party time and attendance integrations.Solid knowledge of Oracle tools (APEX, OTBI, BI Publisher).Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business needs.Why Join?Flexible hybrid workingSupportive and collaborative team cultureOpportunity to work on impactful projects in a large-scale environmentPlease apply in the first instance for consideration
