**Children’s Learning Disability Support Worker**:
**Hours**: 22.5 per week

**Location**: You will be based at the closest hub to your home address. The post is Wiltshire Wide, we have a hub In Salisbury SP4 6AT, Trowbridge BA14 0XG and Chippenham SN15 1BN.

- Support Registered Nurses in delivering high-quality nursing care, training, health advice and education.

- Work closely with children, young people, and their families at home and in the community.

- Collaborate with a range of statutory and voluntary agencies to provide holistic, family-centred care.

- Empower children and young people to express their views and ensure their voices shape the services they receive.

**Package Description**
