We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Central Operations Specialist for a fixed term contract of nine months. You'll manage key areas of business performance, developing efficiencies, process controls and planning. Providing performance reportsand recommendations for action. Contributing to the continuous review of structures to ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Review & analyse The Colleague Matrix performance reports and make recommendations for action to the field team
- Review & analyse new stores performance in relation to The Colleague Matrix and make recommendations for action by both stores and field support teams.
- Support with the development and maintenance of The Colleague Matrix as required and in line with business requirements to standard and cost
- Support and manage where required the Central Operations inputs of the store personnel budgeting process and work collaboratively with other stakeholders
- Support with the review and measuring of tasks and methodologies used to allocate hours
- Support cross functionally with the creation of new store personnel budgets and colleague structures
- Identify areas and support with developing the solutions to improve efficiency and productivity within the retail stores
- Support the wider Central Operations Team with both tactical & strategic projects
- Manage and lead when required designated business projects
- Manage designated work streams within the Retail 5 year plan
- Provide support and coaching for departments completing projects and Simplification

**KEY EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- A detailed understanding of the operational aspects of a food retail business
- Experience in an Operations role would be advantageous
- An understanding of designing solutions and problem solving
- Understanding of Project Management skills would be advantageous
- Intermediate Excel skills / Good Powerpoint and Word skills
- Ability to manipulate, report & analyse high volumes of performance related data
- Ability to deliver presentations to small and large groups of people
