**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE**:
**Programme design and delivery** - you will be responsible for delivering effective programmes, with purposeful sessions that engage our learners and support their skills development and future career progression. This includes following the set programme scheme of work, session plans and learning materials.

**Relationship development** - the key to this role is the expert and leader speakers that you’ll secure for our programmes and events. By nurturing our existing connections and developing your own new relationships, you’ll ensure that all learning is infused with industry expertise.

**Learner success** - at the heart of your work will be the employment outcomes and wellbeing of our learners. You’ll work with our Programme Manager to ensure the highest level of pastoral support and processes are delivered to ensure learners are safe, happy, and demonstrating positive progression during and after their programme.

**Event coordination** - you will be working with the team to deliver outstanding event experiences that make a lasting impact on audiences. You will be responsible for confirming and briefing speakers, coaching learners to be confident hosts and supporting the smooth running of all activities on the day to ensure the success of each event.

**Project delivery** - you’ll work with learners and support the delivery of the client brief. This will include delivering key project milestones, which could be end of programme presentations, insight reports, client events, learner qualifications or anything else that’s been defined in the brief.

**Evaluation and review** - you will follow our measurement and evaluation processes as required, which will include collecting feedback and evidencing outcomes.

**Representing Agent Academy** - you will be a confident networker, attending relevant events and conferences to develop your knowledge and ignite opportunities for Agent Academy. You will be proactive on social media about your role and our work.

**YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE**:

- 3-year’s relevant experience, working in the digital and creative industry or in education. If you think you have the right skillset then we want to hear from you.
- The experience of being an effective facilitator in a learning environment.
- A demonstrable commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion, with an unrivalled passion for enabling others to reach their potential.
- An established understanding of the career opportunities that exist in the creative, digital, and tech industries.
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills - you will be expected to communicate in an articulate, accurate, and succinct manner to get your point across.
- A pragmatic yet creative approach to your work.
- A proactive mindset and a strong ability to use your initiative to make things happen.

**WHAT WE OFFER YOU**

The salary for this role is up to £28,000 p.a. dependent on experience and ability.
